Staff terrible always rude never wants to fix orders. Always missing something. Food always looks like they made it in a hurry. found mold on bun about a month ago. A guy is always in there asking for money. Always has a terrible smell. Dirty tables. Went to another McDonald's a couple days ago. A million percent difference. The moment I walked thru the door.

They get to you eventually at the register. It's always freezing cold but the one star is because they are consistently out of soap in the ladies room. I actually saw an employees just hit hands with water and walk out. I only drink soda from this location. I've slipped and fallen here before, gotten sick off the food because they are really unsanitary here. The manager and the owners don't care.

Orders always take forever. You'll be waiting for 30 minutes or longer sometimes. Recently I ordered for in-store pickup and they were closed inside, doors locked so I wait 20 minutes in the drive-thru just for them to tell me that they can't hand me my food. Find somewhere else to eat. It's not worth it!

Kiosk stopped working, so I couldn't finish my order there. Attempted to order at the counter. 1 person disappeared in the back when she saw me. It took another worker coming in to get someone to wait on me. That person was good and helpful, but then they got my order wrong. I ordered a double hamburger, but got a single. The same person corrected the order and brought me the double hamburger.
