I always hear people saying they wonder who is patronizing Arby’s because their food is awful - well I attempted to give them a chance today by placing a Door Dash order for the new steak bites. I ordered 2 nine piece orders of steak bites, 3 mac and cheeses and a sandwich combo. The DoorDash driver called me to advise they had no Mac and cheese so they were giving me curly fries instead - and on top of that I only received 1 order of steak bites. My bill was $60.32 for basically a bag filled with curly fries! Thankfully I got refund from Door Dash, but never and I mean NEVER will I patroni

The little girl at the window was very polite but the girl in charge of making sandwiches named Madison will not let you have your chicken sandwich without honey mustard. Very strange. She said it was already made and I can't change it.

Order online, missing one item, no aju with the French dip royal, no bbq on the sweet bbq brisket. Called the store to try to make sure I got the aju and just got a rude, “the order is already out” when the order wasn’t marked as picked up until several minutes later

Ah Arby's, they are known for their curly fries which is what I exactly got! There were some new additions to the menu last time I checked. Limited time items have arrived and there is a new Good Burger 2 Meal which includes crinkle fries (whaaa arbys got that now?!) a Wagyu Burger, and a strawberry milkshake. Now I'm by no means a strawberry guy but this milkshake has definitely won me over, good job Arbys 😇
