I wished I could leave zero stars because they don't deserve that even. We were traveling on vacation and stopped here and could not even get waited on and the manager even told us to use the kiosk to order our food like how lazy can you get. If this is the type of people you hire how are you still in business is my question????? No one in the parking lot and it was 7:01 am..

Bathrooms were nasty. Men’s bathroom had urine all in the floor and women’s had wet paper towels all over the counter and floor and smelled rancid. Had a very long wait for two soft drinks and one small fry. No one was at the counter so we had to place order on kiosk. They were out of straws! Lots of people were waiting in the lobby and in the drive thru. There was a family inside (which isn’t the restaurants fault) but their children were screaming phrases over and over at the top of their lungs. Just the cherry on top of a bad experience. Let me tell you. I only came to a McDonald's because we were on a road trip and it's easy for the littles to navigate eating in the car. THE ONLY REASON. THEY MESSED UP MY ORDER AND THE CUSTOMER STANDING NEXT TO ME. It's not rocket science and I'm sure there are notes to tell them what goes on a sandwich. I ordered the overpriced Arch burger and got it with one slice of meat, one cheese slice and lettuce....that was all that was placed on my burger. Fries were not fresh. Overall horrible experience. Get those teenage boys out of that kitchen. They're going to kill your business.

Waited for 20 minutes for 10 nuggets, cold fries and missed my sauce. I politely asked for ranch and ketchup and they handed me this. I clearly saw the packets behind the counter.
