I had a pretty frustrating experience at this Denny’s. I ordered hash browns with my meal, and they came out undercooked—literally raw in the middle. I politely asked if they could remake them, which shouldn’t be a big deal. When they brought them back, they were completely burnt, like way overcooked, almost as if it was done on purpose. It honestly felt disrespectful and not handled professionally at all. To make it worse, I was still charged full price for the meal despite the issue not being properly corrected. Where to begin? The place has the MOST bland food I've ever eaten. I eat there a lot because my father likes it but he is a senior citizen, in his 80's. I suffer through it and actually, so does he. The place is cold inside when it is winter. The whole wait staff and the employees in the front of the house were wearing jackets while working. Really? It's Denny's, straightforward American food done right. Costs have increased so it's a bit more expensive than the past. Cali club is simple club sandwich with avacado. Burger was cooked well and flavorful. Breakfast meals were small and simple for a breakfast dish.

We always have breakfast at this Denny's when we visit Orlando. Somehow we are lucky to always have Ana as our server, she's wonderful, attentive, friendly, and helpful. The food is always well cooked and tasty. We love all the Denny's menu items, especially the omelettes, pancakes, and club sandwiches.
