I’m honestly really frustrated with this experience. I specifically ordered a BBQ Maple Whopper without bacon and made sure to clearly communicate that at the drive-thru before even pulling up. It wasn’t a complicated request, yet my order came out completely wrong — the burger had only the patty, BBQ sauce, and bacon, with the rest of the ingredients removed. It felt like my request was completely ignored. On top of that, the customer service made things worse. I was met with attitude at both windows, which was unnecessary and disappointing. Stopped at this burger king yesterday in the afternoon on my way to ruidoso and they gave us fries from the day before and just refried them they tasted exactly how they looked and threw them out, they say you can have it your way at BK and unfortunately I did not get it my way cause I specifically asked for certain condiments im allergic to be removed from my burger and they still added those condiments on there had to throw burger away. The service was great and the restaurant looked clean.

Went tonight 5/27 and it was 23 minutes to order, pay and get my food in the drive thru. Seems really long to me for fast food. The food was good.
