Love this spot, service is always friendly, food is always on point and you get a healthy portion. Just like if abuelita(grandma) was serving you. So far I've had the chilaquiles and the pancakes and both were amazing. I love spots like this that seem unassuming from the outside. I Definitely recommend stopping in. Not a huge menu and to me thats key, because they focus on mastering what they have and they do it very well.

The empanadas de calabaza are mind blowing absurdity is a perfect word for how soft they are and thats not even describing how delicious the filling is, it’s a must have a and a perfectly brewed coffee that has a robust flavor that can encapsulate grounding yourself and waking up all in the same measure…..before anything else lest it be skipped, these amazing women create the most warming and wonderful atmosphere if for that alone you should make your way down to experience it firsthand….now on to the chilaquiles scrambled eggs, beans, and hash browns. Their food is so exquisite, delicious, warm and perfectly cooked. As soon as you walked in the restaurant, you can smell their delicious food. Their food takes me back to my lovely Chihuahua, Mexico. The environment there it's very friendly, calming, and relaxing. All of their food is soo good especially the fresh coffee.

I expected more and sadly, overall, they didn't quite hit the mark. My mom really enjoyed her Chilaquiles. But the rest of the group was not completely satisfied with French Toast Meal, Abodigas, Country Fried Steak or Menudo.
