I went thru the drive through and ordered a simple blue razz fusion and a bagel. They handed me a bagel with two pieces of cheese slapped on not melted. Not wrapped. And the drink had curdled cold foam from it not being shook. it took 15 minutes just to get to the drive thru window. I didn’t know it took that Long to make 3 matchas. On top of it I was sitting at the order screen for more than 5 minutes waiting for someone to take my order When I told them to remake it they said they can “try” it’s putting a piece of paper down spraying it with oil and sticking it in the microwave for 20 second

My daughter is in town visiting from Nevada and does not have Big B coffee so we stopped. She loves the breakfast bagel and the teddy bear frozen coffee drink. Everything was made correctly. The inside was very nice and clean and they had a very friendly staff and employees.
