I am so pissed off about the terrible service my family and I received an hour ago. I don't live in Allen, but we stopped by on our way home it was a 40-minute drive to enjoy some Frappuccinos. I ordered a strawberry one for my daughter, which was fine, but the two Caramel Ribbon Crunch ones were nothing but chunks of ice covered in whipped cream and caramel; I actually had to throw half of one away just to take a photo. The way they prepared those drinks is a disgrace they aren't even drinkable. It’s a shame there isn't a negative rating option, because I would give them a -0 for their servic

This Starbucks location is spacious and offers plenty of seating options. The staff are friendly and helpful, and the coffee is consistently great. The handcrafted drinks are also well prepared and enjoyable. We had a pleasant time sitting and relaxing there.

Management PLEASE READ! Before moving, I used to always come to this location and never had an issue. I live about 40 minutes away now and had to drive out that far during my lunch break to pick up a refund that was promised to me by the general manager named Taylor. I drove out only with the intention of picking up my refund and was under the impression that the employees would be aware, as I had already discussed this with the GM. I arrive at the location. Delivery order 10 minutes late which affected my rating as a delivery partner. The order was just sitting there needing to be packed, I asked an employee and she say to me they will pack it up in a minute for you. For future reference whoever makes the order should take the time and pack it
