Was in today with my aid. We stop here often. Get the same meals each time. Ordered 2 $6 McDouble meals. 1 regular and 1 with the burger plain. Because of the consistency of errors I always have my aid count what's in the bag. Should be 2 burgers, 2 nuggets and 2 ff plus the drinks. We don't open each item cuz we don't want to hold up the line. Got home. My aid said my wrapped burger looked small. I opened it and it was a plain single hamburger. You forgot the other burger that makes it a mcdouble. Then I realized you didn't even put the cheese on it. I have photos of the burger,

I have not had issues with this location in the past. I frequently visit this McDonald’s, mostly on Saturday mornings, so this experience was very disappointing I placed a mobile app order at this McDonald’s and paid for it, but I never received my food. I waited about 20 minutes for curbside pickup, then went inside to ask about the order. The restaurant was very crowded and unorganized. When I spoke with the manager on duty, she did not seem to understand my order even after I showed it to her on my phone. She kept referring to only part of the order, even though there were additional item

Women taking our order had the nastiest attitude if you have an attitude that bad don’t go to work call off and let someone else in a better mood take orders

I have no problems with the food itself, but every time I order from here there’s always something missing. Whether it be from something as minuscule as missing sauce or to an entire burger being missing, Ive never received my complete order from this place. I’ve previously had an issue where I ordered a milkshake and got a large coke instead through Uber Eats, and my previous order was missing a large fry. They never get it right.
