Original ChopShop/Alpharetta Location I am extremely upset and disappointed by my experience today. I am a pescatarian, and when I placed my order, I clearly told the employee (Eric) that I do not eat beef or pork and asked to swap my protein for shrimp. I was told this was fine. However, after taking three to four bites, I realized there was another type of meat mixed into my bowl along with the shrimp. It appeared to be beef or pork. By the time I noticed, I had already eaten it. This made me physically ill… I became nauseous and vomited. I was gagging and extremely sick!!! This is not j

Excellent place! I went for the first time and loved it. The food is a 10/10 — great variety, and you can build your bowl just the way you like it. The price is very affordable for the quality of the food. The drinks were also really good. I totally recommend it!

Quite possibly the slowest place I've ever been. We popped in for a couple smoothies. There was no line and we were the only customers here. 10 minutes go buy and no one acknowledged us. Additionally, they have the touchscreen so you never have to interact with an actual person to place an order. We are now at 12 minutes and still no sound of a blender or our drinks. 17 minutes and our drinks are finally handed to us. The ingredients are of good quality, the taste is average and so is the price. I wish I didn't tip when I placed my order. Bring back the humans!!!
