I'm not really a big fan of whataburger due to the service I've had in the past but I tried them again today. I ordered breakfast through the app and did curbside, not only did I wait for about 20 min past the pickup time but the order was wrong. For one, I didn't receive one of my items (bacon biscuit) and for two the bobs were on the wrong bun (not the small, the regular for lunch) they were covered in so much potato starch on the bottom that they were inedible. Our food was also basically thrown at us.

I stopped by the Whataburger in Alvin recently and had an excellent experience. I ran into a problem using Apple Pay, but Joe, the manager, was incredibly helpful and took the time to make sure everything was resolved. We love Whataburger. Rarely a mix up on our food. We have never had food missing from our order and love that kids are not running around unattended. We live the way Ms. Denise handles the training on these kids just standing around not working.

Employees will throw your food around and give you a runaround if they’re busy. Three front lady all have attitudes. All employees can be seen and heard speaking in an annoyance and frustration at their job. I understand that this is customer service and that is exactly what you need to have is proper customer service for you to throw my food at me because you’re annoyed is not my fault you had a bad day fine so did I but I’m not over here yelling at you and giving you attitude just because I’m asking for an update on my order.
