Make who appeared to be a shift manager was complaining about not wanting to cook. He told staff to not take any more orders. As customers pulled thru staff said computers were down and it would be 10 mins. 4 employees were standing around complaining. Cashier girls were very pleasant. Inside was clean. Outside was trashed. 5 or 6 customers were turned away for no reason.

Husband and I went for lunch around 2pm. They weren't very busy inside but everyone was working hard. The managers jumped in and helped as needed, the short one with blonde hair was especially amazing!! She got onto the crew in a respectful manner, reminding them not to yell across the store for managers and not cuss with customers in store, but her patience makes her a saint. They seemed to be making lots of mistakes but she held her own, was friendly with everyone and always had a smile. This location is one of our two favorite stores. Way to go y'all!!

Very bad customer service 😞😞😞 it took us 40 minutes before we received our food 😡 and we received our food before this elderly woman did and she ordered before us.. plus there was a roach in the lobby 😕

Store number 1583 on Monday fed 16 2026 at 10:12.i had tried to order at the speaker I had said hello 4 times before I moved up then when I came up to the window this lady was very rude from the start she argued with me about if I could here her and was angry I didn’t here her at the speaker after I ordered she slammed the window and then told me to pull over to the side alley.After I got my food it was incorrect I had asked for a #1 and it was breakfast so it was the croissant and she had gave
