Went thru drive up. Ordered a chalupa supreme with chicken all I got was lettuce tomato, cheesy and lots of it about three pieces of chicken no supreme stuff on it my chalupa wasn't fried it's was a plain piece of tortilla like a soft taco. We asked for a cantina Mexican pizza asked for the green sauce no green sauce in the bag, asked for the new jalapeno sauce they were out they were out of all of their specialty drinks that I wanted they might as well had a closed sign on the door and drive up out of supplies due to being out of them.

I went to the drive through, the MALE AT THE SPEAKER HAD ZERO ZERO ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS. I hope they close this store down. You are the reason no one goes to Taco Bell anymore. Every day he is on your speaker, you lose another customer. You lost four customers tonight.

Spent around $38 didn’t get half of my food. Handed the bag back twice and they still left out two items and two items were the same which I didn’t order two of. This is the second time I haven’t received my whole order that I paid for but I thought it was just a bad day the first time. Also, It wasn’t busy. There was only one car in the parking lot and no cars in front of me in line when I pulled up! They also ignored me until they realized I was not going to just leave.
