The employees were very friendly and efficient. A very large crowd came in after we got our ice cream and they jumped right in the getting everyone served as quickly as possible. Place was neat and tidy until the 38 people who showed up right after us. Nice place to come with friends, family, or a date. If you come with a large group maybe call ahead.

We recently booked Cold Stone to cater our daughter's wedding. A few weeks before the wedding we learned that the store had been bought by a different owner. I was a bit worried about how that transition would go, but I was quickly impressed by the new owner and his responsiveness to my inquiries. On the night of the reception, Connor and Macey were amazing! They set up quickly, answered any questions I had, and took care of everything so that I could mingle with our guests. The ice cream was great i’d give it 5 stars. However, right as the clock struck 9pm the kids immediately blasted the music to get us out of the shop and the girls laughed as they did it. We left and as they were “cleaning” up the boy didn’t even wipe down any tables he just stacked the chairs then he proceeded to kick other guests out only 2 minutes past 9pm. Won’t be coming back to this location again. These kids need to learn how to treat customers when closing. I get it I’ve worked in the food business but just a simple hey we are closing would suffice.

We always get Coldstone ice cream cakes for our birthdays but this one was so disappointing when we cut into it. I get the fudge truffle decadence that they only do seasonally and it’s supposed to be red velvet cake and instead it was chocolate and it was just put together so sloppy with missing ice cream. I called in about it and the employee told me I have to bring in what is left of the cake and hopefully their manager will be awake when they call them to see if they will resolve the issue..? I’d love to speak to someone that can help us get the cake we actually purchased that is put togeth
