I wouldn't complain about this if it were just one thing, I actually HATE writing bad reviews. But sometimes I just want to make sure a manager knows what is going on. First the gal who took our order seemed annoyed to be there, talked super fast and looked mad that I asked her to repeat herself, she never smiled. I asked 3 times to make sure they would please leave the mango chunks OUT of my drink. Then when I asked the handout gal if the chunks had been left out, she ASSURED me they had, (they were in there!). So I felt from the time I ordered that I had inconvenienced them, that they did

My NO ICE endless summer drink came with half the drink full of ice. With soda water instead of Mountain Dew ( it is the most bland unflavored soda that doesn’t have Mountain Dew syrup in it what so ever) on top of the unflavored Mountain Dew that is the base drink, they skimped out HEAVILY on everything that is in the drink.

She clearly knew her stuff when it came to customer service—friendly, efficient, and professional. The whole process was smooth, and we appreciated her attentiveness.
