I asked for a butter burger deluxe burger; no basket, just a burger with the works. They asked again, and I clarified that meant tomatoes, lettuce, cheese and pickles. They just gave me cheese 🥲 Why ask me to clarify if you weren’t going to do it anyways?

We come here because you actually have people working at the counter. Out in the eating area and provide customer service. Do much better than a computer. We won't go to McDs anymore cuz they only let you talk to a computer monitor - no human contact! Ugh! But Culver's talks to us in person! Thanks so much!

Swung by the Culvers in Ames, but there was a huge line. Was bringing my son back from college and he suggested the one in Pella, it would be after the lunch rush by then. The Pella Culvers was super clean, very friendly staff and food was first rate! Definitely ranks up there for food quality and service.
