My husband dragged here us here bc he remembered the food was delicious when he was in college 15 years ago! Well, the food is your typical food that you would expect from a diner! The pancakes were a little overcooked and tasted bitter. My chicken Alfredo was under seasoned and the hash brown was undercooked!! The only decent thing we ordered was the cheeseburger! No, this is probably our last time here! I prefer to dine at Dennys

((Fri. 12/26/25) The food here was mediocre at best, and unfortunately the service made the experience even worse. Our server, Lucia, was honestly terrible. Before I could even finish asking a question, she abruptly interrupted me with a rude “No.” Like… can I at least finish my sentence first? My mother was deciding between two plates, so we simply asked which one she recommended. Instead of giving any helpful feedback, she basically brushed us off with, “That’s up to you, whatever you like. Today service was a breath of fresh air. I've been a patron of Norm's for 30 years. Coming back to Orange County, I decided to stop at this store for dinner. The food as always was just right and the service deserves more applause this time. I saw a gentleman taking orders, bussing tables and doing it all with a big smile. His name is Jose R. He was my server at the counter today. His service and customer service skills are out of this world. I'll be more than happy to come back to this store, so he can serve me again. This guy deserves a well earned promotion. Kudos to Norm's for having this
