Out of EVERYTHING especially with the new fuego meal and won’t let you know till you’ve bought it. They were out of the chips and out of the sauce ig so I just got a normal chicken sandwich which is $4 cheaper. The lobby pop machine is down but doesn’t have a sign saying that, so when getting my pop I find there is no ice coming out, Then I notice my pop is hella hot so I ask em if they can maybe get me some ice but they said they didn’t have any. I am a regular customer at this Wendy's. It seems every time I go here they always leave out parts of my order. If I find I'm missing something it is very inconvenient to go back in line or I find out when I get home. I don't feel people should have to check their bag to make sure you received what you paid for. With this Wendy's I highly recommend you always check every item in the bag. This to me is unfortunate, dishonest, not very good customer service because I do enjoy Wendy's food. Maybe customer service training would help this business. Coley/Koley had excellent customer service, a great attitude, personable, and went above and beyond for me in the drive through. I don't leave reviews for fast food often, but he deserves a raise or higher position! I asked him his name because I wanted to make sure someone sees this! Not alot of people have good customer service but he was happy genuine and an absolute pleasure!

Been a few months or so since I been here. Food was still pretty good. This time around my bun was old and dry and hard in some spots. Service was great, people were nice. Burger was little over warm not hot. Cheese was melted on the burger. Fries were warm too but not hot.. Still pretty good.
