20251129 Stopped by around 3:20 pm for a snack, and got a large fries and large strawberry banana smoothie. The fries were hot and yummy. The smoothie was in a large cup with medium size content. It had small chunks of ice. It wasn't as good as the Mango Pineapple smoothie that I usually get. I wonder if I was to order a medium, Seoul the cup be filled with size small content?

Filth everywhere you look! Staff refuses to speak American English, and a manager was needed to ring up a simple BoGO offer. Manager refused to not only speak English but although a “manager” she never greeted me nor spoke to me although I stood right in front of her. Food is usually lukewarm at this franchise.

I come to this McDonald's because its the closest one in the area. I'm just repeating the same comments as everyone else, but I'm surprised after all this time nothing has been done to change things around. The most interesting and almost comedic experience I've had every single time is their soda machines. I don't know how its physically possible but I'm pretty sure their ice is broken. Not the machine. The actual ice. Their ice doesn't function as normal ice should lmao. I have to fill up 3/4 of the cup to start sensing the coldness. The food quality has completely gone down hill at this location. The poor customer service and lack of attentiveness I can forgive, because I’ve seen the wildness that happens at this location, but I got a Filet O Fish and found something blue in my sandwich that’s obviously inedible.
