Some foods surprise you. A baked potato isn’t supposed to be one of them. We stopped by Potato Valley Cafe and tried their spinach, feta, and roasted garlic mix—something I’d only seen floating around in YouTube shorts before. Trying it in real life, though, was a completely different experience. I wasn’t expecting the humble spud to land this hard. The potato was perfectly done—soft, fluffy, and generously loaded. Delicious potatoes! They are very filling, the chicken, bacon, and cheddar baked potatoe is amazing! The staff are sweet and helpful (there are free lollipops for the kids!) The area is nice, you get to see the beautiful capital while you eat!
