02/28/26 Wow from working with Fry's back in the day terrible front end customer service. One register open and all these front end folks, wether it be a front end manager in a red vest or a bagger. Waited in the one line as the other managers had no sense of urgency to open another lane. I myself helped a older lady bag her groceries for her. She needed assistance to her vehicle for putting her groceries in her vehicle so she had to wait for a bagger. Sad thing is after doing 3 orders for myself upon leaving the older lady was STILL waiting for a bagger to come. I almost wanted to just assist

I had been in the store, checking out the deli section for 'pulled rotisserie chicken' about 3 times with none displayed before I asked Sarah in the Deli about times when I might purchase some. She approached a number of co-workers before she discovered it had been packaged, just not brought out of the refrigerator yet. I bring this up because I could tell she was busy and, still, found the answer and the pulled chicken for me.
