I see a lot of people talking about how rude the staff are here. Look, this is a honky-tonk in a historically western Arizona town. Customer service should not be viewed through a Chick-fil-A lens. In a place like this, the staff occasionally have to deal with a few donkeys. The expectations are that you know what you want when the server approaches your table, you don’t ask for a bunch of frilly things and substitutions, everything cost money, and you don’t get to bring in your own food and drinks. The servers and bartenders are not there to be your best friend and to hear all about your pers

Won’t be stepping back into Hitching Post ever again. Went there for mother’s day. Spent $92.53 prior to the tip for two people. Look at the receipt. We didn’t order onion rings, got charges 1.99 for wing sauce times 2? Who charges to put sauce on wings? Asked the waitress and she hesitated and said yes about $2 for sauce. We moved here a little over a year ago from Mesa and we boat almost every weekend. I’ve easily spent $3000 here with my family and friends the last year. You won’t see me step into this con restaurant again. I will also be posting this on every local AJ site I can. The price

Great pizza and our server was very attentive and went out of her way to ensure we were taken care of. She checked on us consistently and made sure drinks were always full. Went on a Thursday bull riding night and it was a lot of fun!

Low quality everything- we paid almost $20 for a side of union rings and didn’t even get 10- server was terrible and couldn’t even supply ranch for our table. Server told us she couldn’t give us pizza box for our left over 6 slices of pizza because of her boss. We sat outside and bugs were terribly everywhere. 0/10 terrible place and service, wouldn’t recommend.
