My family and I decided to celebrate our son's graduation. We bought food from the Panda cafe and brought it home. We sat down at the table and started eating. I ate several spoonfuls of rice until I saw a cockroach's leg in it. It was terrible. The party was ruined, and the kids were left hungry and very upset.

It's fast food but for fast food it tastes good, has healthy options (love the veggie mix, so I don't overeat rice) and best of all the people who work here are really nice and have always been very thoughtful and kind towards me. I like how the space seems clean and modern and they also cook in small batches. Also thank god they stay open past 9pm for goodness sake!!!

Sooo disappointed. First I was like “why did they say my order was ready and sent me a text confirmation for me to show up and it not actually be ready, I had to sit and wait a few minutes because it wasn’t done yet” but I let it go because whatever maybe I’m being impatient, but the first thing I see when I open my plate is a HAIR that is NOT my color stuck to the lid, absolute disgust.

Immediately rushed when I don’t respond to her question of what I want in the speed of light, at 7:30 pm when there’s nobody else in line and a singular family at the table, and I scooped 4 shrimps in my plate total I paid an extra $1.50 before tax, go to any local Chinese food restaurant or even the hot wok at rayleys down the street in Marconi, they will stack your plate. This experience was absolutely distasteful.
