Order Dine-In, put the number in the kiosk and they still call your order number and give it to you in a bag. Do not even bring it to your table. Took them over 20 minutes to give us the food once received. It was cold undercooked and not what we asked for. This is one of the worst McDonald’s I have been to in a long time.

If you check my past reviews, you'll see I never leave bad reviews. Today's an exception. If you have the ability to avoid this McDonald's in the morning, I recommend you do. I waited for my food for nearly 20 minutes, and it still never came. I could see the bag on the counter, with the food getting cold, but apparently I was waiting for coffee to be poured. For nearly 20 minutes. Then a Greyhound bus pulled in, and all of the passengers ordered, paid, and received their food. While I still waited. It feels as though McDonald's is beginning to lose sight of its own brand standards. While it remains a convenient staple, the recent trajectory involves significant price increases coupled with a noticeable dip in food quality. The atmosphere at this location is often tense, with a drive-thru experience that can be quite grueling due to long wait times. Between the grumpy service and the diminishing value, it’s not the reliable experience it used to be.

This place is horrible very rude and disorganized. They messed up my food while making it forgot to put the sauce on there. I kindly went up there and pointed it out and what I got back in return was a big squirt of sauce put into a chicken nugget box Either then and return said no I would like you to remake it now because that’s not how it should be done and with massive attitude and sarcasm. It was done. I will never go back to this location again.
