We arrived at your restaurant at 9:30 PM last night. The lady at the front desk—her name sounded like “Lildy” or something similar—had a very unfriendly attitude. She didn’t smile at all and made us feel unwelcome. When our server came to bring us water, we placed our order right away. However, we ended up waiting a full 30 minutes. By that time, there were barely any customers left in the restaurant, and the kitchen staff already seemed to be cleaning up and preparing to close. Our food still had not been served. Today was a very important day and Texas Roadhouse delivered! Today was the day that my partner and dad finally got to meet and I'm glad we chose Texas Roadhouse. The service was absolutely amazing. Our server didn't know it was important for us, but she checked on us multiple times and was so friendly. My dad normally loves the location on 104th but this trip blew us all away. The food was absolutely amazing, we'll make the drive to this location from now on. My partner and I chose the Sirloins and they were amazing. My dad chose the ribs and he loved it. My favorite steakhouse. The flavor is excellent but my medium rare steak arrived overcooked on the outside. I understand how busy it gets, but we waited about 35 minutes for our food. Thanks to Kayla for taking care of our table.
