I placed a pick up order at 12:04 for 12:30 and I didn’t walk out with my order until 12:45 while Im on my 30 minute lunch break. The lady in the front didn’t acknowledge me or the 5 other people waiting for assistance. Back was to the lobby the entire time. There were 3-4 bagged online orders sitting where she was packing orders & I tried talking to the lady 3 different times and telling her I had an online order for 12:30 but she ignored me completely while everyone else around heard me trying to talk to her. Need to be closed! 20065 is wayyy better people if u craving Burger King. Food always cold. I orders a chicken sandwich and my bread was falling apart. Burgers is never hot. The young cashiers need better training the talk kids don’t have nooo manners and rode. 20065 is work the drive don’t go to this burger kinda put a Hardee’s, sonic, cook out somthing

I went there the cashier was awesome with a good attitude . I got some kids meals and nuggets and the fries were rancid and so the chicken nuggets also the food had a weird taste like bitter. It looks like they don't even change the oil on their machines . The quality of the food was horrible I even got stomach pain after eating that .
