An absolute gem in Ashburn! If you want a genuinely authentic Turkish culinary experience, Efesus Mediterranean Cafe is unmatched. The hospitality and generosity of the staff stood out immediately; their team is seamlessly professional and treats you like an honored guest. The food was phenomenal across the board. The lamb shank was incredibly tender, literally falling off the bone. The Adana kabob had the perfect balance of spice and juiciness, tasting exactly like what you’d find in Türkiye. First time trying Turkish food and this place hit! The food and service were amazing! We got babaganoush to start. I got the chicken shish and my wife got the Lahmacun. Everything was outstanding! While we were there they had a group of women dancers: amazing!

Food was amazing, 10/10. All the kebabs and grilled meats were perfectly tender and filled with flavor. The grilled veggies that came with the meats were also really good and balanced out the meal. The bread and butter was excellent. This place was empty when we came and it deserves to be filled to the brim with people.

Had lunch at Efesus Mediterranean today and honestly the food was amazing. Everything tasted fresh, full of flavor, and the atmosphere was warm and relaxing. The Turkish tea was one of my favorite parts, perfectly brewed and served beautifully. Great customer service, clean place, and a really nice spot to sit down and enjoy a peaceful meal. Definitely coming back again. Highly recommend this place if you love Mediterranean food and authentic tea experience.
