Hey 64 location. The girl working at the register took her time coming from the kitchen area. Apparently they can't afford to cook any chicken ahead of lunch rush. Waited several minutes while it cooked. They did have 6 chicken filets in the basket when it was pulled by the same girl. Not understaffed, everyone just acts like they don't care. When they finally finished my sandwich the same girl was talking to the rest of the staff about how frustrated she was. I standing here looking at my food sitting in the bin. She finally finishes and walks to the front to hand me my tray. She watched them

We dined in last night. The employee was polite and patient with us as well as our food was hot and tasty. Downhill from there. Our shoes were sticking to the floors, tables were all dirty, trash bins were overflowing, no ketchup in either dispenser. Wonder how clean the kitchen is if the dining area is this bad.

This location is ALWAYS out of something. They have been out of Mac and cheese for 3 days now. We mobile ordered our food from them and still were asked to pull forward and made to wait 10 minutes. The manager of this store really just doesn’t care and it shows. I’ve left plenty of bad reviews on them and never once have I gotten a reply or a single effort from them to make these terrible experiences ok. The most recent unsatisfactory visit was 6/16/26 at about 6 pm.
