I had went to wendys today, and im never going back. I ordered the daves single combo, spicy chicken combo, two orders of 4 pc tenders, and two chocolate chip cookies. I had to pull up to wait, ended up getting one fry, one side of 4 pc tenders, both sandwiches (only thing correct), a chocolate chip cookie, and one sugar cookie. Get better employees because this is terrible service.

I sat in pine to order. Then after hearing them talking through drive through talking box. They talked to me. 5 minutes trying to order i just drove off. Its been a week so im factoring that. So I drove to the other Wendy's at the mall. More people in line. Facility is much more professional. Employees you cant ask for better. Had make the fries. Cool. Couple minute wait im gone. Ive spent 23 years in retail depending on consumer for my income. So I do have different look. Just go to the one at mall save yourself the effort or aggravation or whatever.

Walked into building at 3pm on Sunday Dec. 7, 3025 An employee was laying in one of the booths with feet in the aisle and cap throw on the table. Was immediately given an "not the place I want to eat" bad vibe. We left without ordering

ABSOLUTELY THE WORST FOOD I'VE EVER GOTTEN AT A WENDY'S. Arrived around 7pm at this Wendy's and ordered two combos from inside to take food out. Soda machine was pouring then stopping so it took several minutes to fill 2 cups. The burgers were dry to burnt, the fries cold and some burnt and the nuggets were dry or old. Employees were laughing and running around the front and back of the restaurant. Hungry, we went next door to Bojangles where thankfully the chicken was hot and good. While traveling We've always relied on Wendy's for consistent quality and service but unfortunately not any long
