I always go to this location to get my coffee, and I’ve never had any issues until today. The employee didn’t fill my cup because I ordered light ice, which is something I always order without a problem. When I politely asked if she could fill the rest of the cup, she responded by asking, “With ice?” I clarified that I meant with coffee or milk, and she told me the line was there because I ordered light ice. The interaction felt dismissive and unhelpful. Very unhappy with the service I received today.

Came here for my Iced Matcha and ordered a “Large” & all I can say is where’s the rest of my drink …. I paid a good $6-7 for this and a little more for a large just so my cup won’t get filled. When they give it to you it looks filled but once you take a second look that’s all the foam dissolving… Do Better , Not wasting my time here again… it has happened once and I thought maybe cause it was during a rush time I understand but now … yea no and the staff can be rude and not welcoming.

I love Dunkin’s coffee , and I went to this place. The people were very kind and patient. The coffee was a 10/10 and my experience was amazing , the bathrooms are clean as well as the area itself. Good place to go!!!
