The system of this locations drive thru orders is ridiculous. Everytime i come i place my order 20 minutes in advanced to give a decent amount of time to prepare a one meal order. EVERY time i arrive i have to park in 1 or 2 and wait an additional 10-15 minutes because they havent even started my order. The point of drive thru’s is to be quick and easy, making people park and wait EVERY time defeats the purpose. IF i wanted curbside pickup, I wouldve clicked that option. Do something about this.

Very rude employee. Drove 15 minutes to get to this location at about 2:30 am to pickup an Uber Eats order for my customer. This is after a long day working (about 12 hours). After waiting in the drive thru, I got to the window, and the lady who barely speaks any English (always confused and ignoring) could not find my order. After several minutes, they asked me to park on the other side, and wasted more of my valuable time. The other cars received their orders, and I was held for a big mac and a fish sandwich. I ordered a #4 crispy chicken sandwich meal. Double chicken. The order was correct, service was great, but the chicken was UNDERCOOKED. PLEASE COOK FOOD AT ACCURATE TEMPERATURES AND MAKE SURE ITS WELL DONE.
