Me and my husband stop by to get food for our daughter after her class - one of the employees told us we couldn’t go through the way we were at a stop sign so we waited for all the cars to go through to go through the driveway in the proper way- then they took our order and when we stop to get our food she refused to give us our food because she said we didn’t go in the proper lane in the driveway she got very disrespectful towards my husband telling us to get out of her driveway like she own the restaurant- she took off her name tag so we wouldn’t complain about her but we took a photo of h

Today I ordered food and this was my second one time doing Uber Eats and second time with same issue ( no dipping sauce). As a loyal customer please this area needs attention. I understand but food do not taste same with no dipping sauce.

I’m really disappointed with this Chick-fil-A location. Every time I come here, my fries are cold.On my most recent visit, I was also given unsweetened tea after clearly asking for sweet tea. This has happened on multiple occasions. What made it worse is that when I called to complain, they did very little to help or make it right. Even my 4 yearold daughter said her kids meal was gross and cold, which says a lot.
