Came in on a Saturday night, but maybe they were tiered. There were a couple other tables of probably regulars that had most of the server’s attention. Our server spent little to no time explaining anything and just wanted us to put the order in. We had some of the plantain chips, but you could not tell if they were the straight from the bag kind or not, not much difference from what you could get at a gas station. And the food was overall a bit greasy. There is definitely plenty of room for improvement.

We’ve been going to Papagallo since they opened. The food is fantastic, the servers are great, the chef is incredibly creative and it is a locally owned family business. You gotta try it! It’s a gem!!!!

Overall great experience! I had high hopes that the eclectic array of food would taste authentic.... as the saying goes, " jack of all trades master of none". On a more positive note, the service was exceptional and the ambiance was stunning with the many art paintings that were made by one of the staff. Not opposed to giving it a second chance.

I belive they have good food and went because a friend recommended. However, I didn't ask their recommendation for vegan choices and ordered 2 appetizers. 2 Appetizer was ok. I had eggplant without cheese and plantain. Staff was wonderful but wish I asked more questions or if they told me more about the options for vegan. I loved the restaurants and location.
