I was disappointed to find out they don't deliver to my home (but they do deliver to my office which is further away) and the online discount codes don't work. I called to ask if there was an issue with the online codes (they even advertise the codes in the receipts from the grocery store and in online ads). They said they could take my order on the phone instead but I wouldn't get any rewards for it. The food was acceptable but the toppings kept falling off.
