I hadn't been to Panera in yrs...like 5 yrs and it was in TN. I had to drop my boys off for something and figured I'd eat something while I waited for them. I wanted a chick-fil-a salad but there wasn't one anywhere close so I went here. I ordered the SW Chicken Salad. I had requested the chicken be warm bc I'm not much of a cold meat person. Well, they forgot but it was still good. The manager was walking around and asked how it was and if they had warmed up the chicken. I told her they forgot. This is the first time that I've been to this Panera Bread and I also haven't really visited Panera Bread in a while. I had a birthday reward to redeem and I also got to try out a drive-thru at Panera. The drive thru is spacious and they do have a menu to look at as well as speaker to let the employees know your order. I got the 3 pack coconut macaroons for my birthday redemption and I didn't even know they had a chocolate coconut macaroon. I had just put in my app order and it was pretty much ready. Really bad, the service is like going to Walmart self checkout, no body explained how this restaurant works, it was my first time my son was told they will call when the food is ready well no one did, the soup was cold, instead of salad we got a sandwich and we were to charge only for 2 drinks but no we got charged for 3 it’s true that they prepared the salad and not charge for the sandwich but the soup was given back only warm. The manager was nice and I was embarrassed to complain more about the drinks. Really bad experience
