We had a 5 O'clock reservation for my birthday dinner. My husband and I showed up 13 minutes early. Mss. Cynthia ( the manager) offered to sit us at a table even though they didn't open until 5. Then the bartender Jackson (Jack) offered us a seat at the bar for a drink.. Jackson was wonderful. Very personal, professional and accommodating. Around 5 O'clock, Mss. Cynthia walked over and informed us that a 8 top walked in without a reservation and if we were ready ...no rush,...she'd like to sit us at our table and get our order in the kitchen before the 8 top placed their order. First time dining here, came on 5/9/26. I brought my friends here for Mother’s Day, I’m glad it wasn’t on mother’s day(too expensive). We were greeted by the beautiful hostess and we were sat immediately. I ordered the short rib Mac n cheese with greens with turkey. My friends ordered pancakes, French toast with fruit and waffle and chicken salad. They enjoyed their food as did I. The short rib pieces were burnt but still good. My husband and I visited the restaurant on Valentine’s Day while it was noticeably busy it was to be expected on this day. We exited the elevator to find a line of people waiting to be seated. We had 8:00 reservations and were sat by 830 is by George. George was phenomenal in managing getting people checked in and seated along with helping to clear tables as well.
