Let's start off with some things I didn't like. The place is dirty and smells like sewer. My first order came out wrong, so I sent back but seems like they just picked out the ingredients I couldn't eat, because I still ended up picking it out of my bowl. The utensils were worn and peeling it's coating. The pho I ate was a little bland but with hoisin and Sriracha, it came out tasty. They definitely add a lot of meats and noodles for a size small, which was great. I also got an avocado smoothie which was creamy, not too sweet, and hit the spot for dessert.

Absolutely disgusting experience at this pho restaurant. From the moment we walked in, the customer service was rude, dismissive, and unprofessional. My girlfriend and I sat there for nearly 10 minutes while employees stood around on their phones gossiping instead of doing their jobs. Best pho I have had in Aurora! Even on a busy Friday night, we were seated immediately and our food came out right away. The broth speaks for itself. Plenty of fresh veggies to add in. The chef even came out to see how we were doing and offer my son some pointers on using chopsticks. Only thing missing would be a beer, which they don’t serve there.

I’ve been coming to this pho restaurant for over 10 years, and it never disappoints. The food is always fresh, flavorful, and comforting—some of the best pho I’ve ever had. What really keeps me coming back, though, is the amazing staff. They’re always friendly, welcoming. It’s rare to find a place that stays this consistent for so long. Highly recommend.
