Horrible service the lady at the window gives. I got there 10 minutes after placing my order online and my order wasn’t ready. I had to wait 15 minutes outside. I saw how she slammed the windows at some guy in the drive thru while he was still talking, I asked for extra ice in my drink and didn’t get that. Also my drink didn’t taste like anything after asking for extra toppings and flavor on it.

I usually go to this location, and my kids really like the campfire cocoa and unicorn punch. But the drinks haven't been as good as they usually are the last couple of times I've been. The campfire cocoa doesn't taste like chocolate anymore, which is a shame, because it used to be our favorite. And the employees don't ask you anymore about adding any extra ingredients. I'm not sure if it's because they've changed their policies or if they've just stopped caring.

This location needs more staff. Sitting in line for 10 minutes, waiting to just order. Coffee is insane.When there's only two cars ahead of you, I had to leave today without purchasing Because i thought it was gonna be a quick cup of coffee.Turn into a ten minute ordeal would 2 cars ahead waiting to order? Which means I'd probably have been sitting there for another 30 to 45 minutes. Waiting to order or even getting coffee the people at this location are always friendly but I do feel like they could use more help.

I LOVE ziggies so much ive been a regular for around 2 years, and their efficiency used to great! app would say "say ready in 15" I'd get my drinks and food in 10. But recently they've been so slow. On one instance i waited almost FORTY minutes for 2 drinks and a sandwich, and the main drivethru was nearly empty. I love ziggies but i just wish they were more efficient. Their gluten free stuff is fire tho i love ziggies.
