Been here 5 times, their happy hour is killer. I love the focus on absinthe and absinthe cocktails, and both the bartenders and owners know their stuff and are happy to guide you towards a drink you might like whether you're a novice or a long time absinthe enjoyer. I love the absinthe drip, Jade 1901 is wonderfully complex. Favorite cocktail on happy hour is probably the old Cuban, but death in the afternoon (champagne and absinthe) is an easy go-to. This place was such a treat. Patrick, our server, brought real warmth to the night. He walked us through everything, answered our basic questions without any attitude, and made us feel comfortable the whole time. The food was excellent and full of flavor. The atmosphere made it feel like a special night out without trying too hard. If you want great food, a beautiful setting, and service that actually cares, this is the spot.

My lady and I came here for happy hour and were treated to excellent service from Ashley who was hosting and serving 👏 cocktails were top notch, the Pink Moon was our favorite. The Mac n cheese and tuna tartar were perfect starters, and we split the burger. The house made fries and ketchup really set the bar. We will be back!
