Ron Heim★★20 minutes at the drive thru seems a little excessive. Very slow service. And that’s the norm - not the exception. They can’t even take an order and fill an order at the same time. Faster to drive to a different Arby’s.
Christopher Eddie★Was only allowed one packet of sauce per sandwich. Offered to pay for an additional sauce packet, was told they have no way to ring that out. I like both the red and white sauce on my sandwich. At $5+ per sandwich, that's ridiculous.
