I had the pleasure of eating here for the first time today, I went on a quick lunch date and it was such a lovely experience , the owners were very welcoming and attentive , I love that it’s a taco shop where you can sit outside and enjoy the view of the foothills. But let’s get down to main topic …the food … DELICIOUS ! we had asada fries , chicken flautas and chilaquiles which were my personal favorite, not only did the salsa pack flavor but the chips stood nice and crispy so you get that crunch each bite. OMG! Service, conversation was awesome. Treated as family. Gave me a little background of how they got started & it moved me deeply. Went on Sunday but they had sold out of mostly everything. (Came for chicken hard shell tacos) Henry had my daughter & I try a sample of their carnitas & it was delicious. Best I have every tasted. It wasn't greasy & even the fat had its own unique taste but not greasy. I ordered the Red Chilaquiles and they were delicious! Crunchy, a bit spicy and the salsa was perfect. Service was great. Horchata, Agua de pepino con limon and agua de fresa were 10/10. I can't wait to come back!
