Paid $10.99 for their new menu item the big mozz sticks and they seriously sent one that was completely empty. They sent burnt fries as well. Disgusting. I’ve given them multiple chances and this is the last. No consistency with food and constantly sending out food that is inedible.

Waited 20 minutes just for someone to come over. When I told her we had been waiting 20 minutes she said oh well no one told me they seated you..I then reminded her that she seated she then giggled like it was funny and said sorry...after hearing numerous people have to remind her about their drinks after receiving their food I stressed that I wanted my drink first..the Mac and cheese for the side was going to take a bit so I asked for fries instead and got charged for both...we were not seated with ice water or asked if we wanted to start with any drinks....worst Dennys Ever!!!!!! My food sat cooling while the 2 counter cashier people looked at me and proceeded to go sit and visit with their company. Another person walks in and gets his pick up order, so then that lady actually apologized that she did not see me. She was actually out of eyesight working, The other two ladies not once asked me if I still needed help after walking in to check my curbside order for the second time. Eggs over medium were over hard and cold, they gave me approximately 2 tablespoons of hashbrowns. Requested 4 napkins and rec'd 0.

When I ate at Denny's, the service was so bad I couldn't even leave a tip cause she didn't even deserve a penny. There was so much butter on the bread. She gave no water until we asked her to bring the water like five times she kept forgetting everything and there was nobody in there. I'll never return to this Denny's again. This is disgusting. Sad you need to find better servers. The wonder it was empty. Who wants to be serviced like that
