I placed a mobile order, then canceled, but they charged my card and haven't refunded me. It's been 3 days. When you call it goes straight to a mailbox that is FULL. now I have to go by there and explain to the manager. Hopefully, they will correct this. They should know if an order wasn't picked up, and should credit it back. 😡👎

Been ordering Captain D’s for years. They have changed their fish. It has texture and taste like chicken. This is the second time. We won’t be buying food from them anymore. I don’t know how they can call it fish. And why did they change? Yuck! The fish use to be fish, and very good. Not anymore.

Both the service and food were great and warrants a return. Chris was my cashier. He went above and beyond to serve my mother. The staff were attentive to the cleanliness of the restaurant and the drinks and condiments were stocked. This is how local older businesses stay in business

Service was great and they even were bring food out to everyone instead of having to walk up there and take it back. Very helpful! The store was clean and the restroom was clean too. They have Pepsi products which is different from a lot of places. Everything was well stocked. Overall great experience and I am so full!!!!!
