Yes, this location seemed slightly understaffed and Panera’s food is still expensive for the quality. However I wanted to give Denise a shout-out because she’s wonderful! This was my first time visiting this location and all the other emojis employees were running around behind the counter. Denise greeted me and said she’d be right back (Panera seems to give their cashiers a lot of other side work). I was in a bit of the rush so I used the kiosk but forgot to ask for my bagel to be sliced and put on a plate so had to go back to the counter. Denise was incredibly nice and it came across as v

I ordered 6 asiago bagels, sliced and toasted, three plain bagels, sliced and toasted, three cinnamon crunch bagels, sliced and toasted and a sausage egg and cheese sandwich on an asiago bagel. I did not get the sausage egg and cheese sandwich that I paid for. When I called to try and let them know, no one would answer the phone. They would pick it up and immediately hang the phone up. I called 8 times and I was hung up on every time. That is not acceptable. I wouldn’t go there ever again and I wouldn’t recommend anyone else to go there either. Horrible customer service. Went in today to have a bagel for the first time in a year maybe, I was excited for a cinnamon crunch bagel with honey walnut cream cheese only to get a frozen and thawed bagel that was completely horrible. It was rubbery and chewy and tasted nothing like I remember. I did find out that in an attempt to cut costs they are no longer baking fresh bagels and now thawing frozen ones instead. Sadly I will not be going back anytime soon.

Very friendly staff. Quality seems a bit higher than most Paneras. Great patio and cool interior. The drive in wait can be brutal though. Avoid if there’s more than 1-2 cars in front of you or just walk in.
