I’ve had good Peruvian food, but Puerto 511 knocks it out of the park for an authentic, unique experience. If you want regular Lomos Saltado, this isn’t the place. But if you want an incredible culinary journey of unique Peruvian cuisine, you can’t do better. Every dish had an amazing combination of flavors, nothing disappointed. 10/10. Worth going out of your way.

What an amazing fine dining experience, everything about the location was carefully detailed on the site(reservation only) and the experience was exquisite! The courses were slightly different from the ones posted online but that's to be expected and only enhanced the experience. The dishes were absolutely divine with amazing presentation and otherworldly flavor combinations! The portions were good and the meal is worth every penny. Definitely bring your own pisco so they can make sours, they're delicious! The service was great and the staff was extremely friendly. I genuinely can't wait to go again! Best food I've literally ever had!

Every course is creative, delicious, and thoughtfully presented, with flavors that feel both unique and perfectly balanced. The pacing is excellent, allowing you to fully enjoy each dish rather than feeling rushed, so plan on spending at least 1.5–2 hours for dinner. It's BYOB, which adds to the fun, and we highly recommend bringing a bottle of pisco so you can enjoy their fantastic pisco sours. A memorable evening and well worth the time.

Puerto 511 exceeded all my expectations. I hold Peruvian food dear to my heart as I’m Peruvian, but Chef Victorio designed a menu that will please a crowd and ensure you taste elevated criollo food. Everything was immaculate and I’m sad there were only 5 dishes, because, although I was full, the flavors were spectacular and I finished wanting more. I can’t wait to come back and see what new dishes Chef Victorio will concoct. If you’re looking for a fun food night, this is the place to be!
