I’m not one to leave a bad review but this was an exceptionally bad experience. I ordered my food on the app for convenience. When I arrived they served several numbers ahead of me that came afterward. When they finally stopped ignoring me, they told me it will still be a couple more minutes for fries. In total it was a 20+ minute wait. It would’ve been faster to order on location

Paid for a special meal, did not receive the cards, it was a fast stop off the freeway and we don't live in the area so what a let down.

This review is for this McDonald’s. While waiting for my order in the drive-thru, it was impossible not to notice how dirty the facility was. The lack of cleanliness is very concerning and falls far below what should be expected. If this is what customers can see, it raises serious concerns about the conditions in areas that are not visible. I spoke directly with the store manager to address my concerns, but unfortunately, I did not receive a clear response or any concrete solution. Situations like this should not be dismissed. Ordered a chicken biscuit for my daughter. Got home and the chicken patty was missing. Who do they have putting the food together? They need to check up on their staff. They also NEVER answer the phone. Never fails that there is always something wrong with your order.
