Dear Skoops, Your Facebook marketing got me. I knew about you before this but then I started seeing pictures. . .delicious parfaits filling my screen daily. Then, I couldn't even decide which one I would get if I did go, they all looked so delicious. Then today, an 80 degree day, and I said to myself, today is the day that we try Skoops. We loaded the family in the car and drove over. We were not disappointed. After days of internal debate, I decided for the Strawberry Crunch Parfait. Always enjoy going to Skoops. They have a great selection of ice cream. They rotate in different sundaes regularly and they are so yummy. The staff is always friendly and welcoming. Update: Stopped in and got something in the fall menu. I picked up a Caramel Apple Pie sundae and it was excellent. I might have had too much apple pie if thats a possibility lol.

A small ice cream bar but with some very creative sundaes. The ice cream here is somewhere between the texture of a hard scopp and soft serve, which is actually really pleasant. The cheesecake sundae is surprisingly good. The cheesecake itself was just really nice on its own. You also got a choice of any topping on it. The chocolate lava sundae had a giant chocolate chip cookie with a gooey center, which was also very good. A sundae here is quite large and can easily be shared between 2 people.
