I want to preface that we live in Owasso but my parents live in Bartlesville, so today we stopped by this Bartlesville location of Whataburger. I was very impressed at this location- it was clean, food was quickly and accurately prepared, customer service was friendly, and the lounge was clean. We never choose Whataburger to dine in in Owasso because it’s quite the opposite. Thoroughly content with our trip today and will be back!

Phenomenal customer service every single time! There was a gentleman here about a month ago with a broken arm (I didn’t catch his name), and despite only having the use of one arm, he was absolutely running the place. He never let it slow him down and treated everyone with kindness and professionalism. He truly deserves a raise because that level of work ethic is incredibly rare in the food service industry. Went through the drive through 4th car in a line right about 5 pm and every car had to pull forward to the W at the end of the drive through. When it got to us not only did we wait at the window but then was asked to pull up to the W and then asked to park. When I got parked the guy came out with our food. There was no cars in the parking lot, meaning no customers inside being served. They are always slow, no matter what time I've been there. Food was decent to eat. Probably won't be going back.
