Michaela★★Walked in at 2:05 to a very unwelcoming hostess who informed us the kitchen was closing in 15 minutes. The menu stated the kitchen closes at 2:30, so she was already off to a bad start. There were 2 other tables still eating, so they weren’t busy and we had plenty of time. No reason to rush us. But, we were rushed, the food was inedible, burnt, and cold. Picture attached of their chicken thigh and waffle. The employees(servers, kitchen staff, hostesses) also all came out and were goofing off at the bar/in the seating area. They were talking very loudly which added to the unwelcoming atmosphere

Maybe it’s because I got the waffle but the food was below basic I was very unsatisfied with my experience. I ordered the OG waffle, two eggs, and their Turkey bacon. The bacon tasted like the brand from Walmart and had a buttery taste to it, the waffle was dry and didn’t have a flavor. Mike Wamble★★★★★Decided to try out Biscuits and Jams this morning and it was fantastic! Just look at that plate and the butter glistening on the biscuit. The grits were incredible, the bacon was cooked perfectly and the scrambled eggs with cheese were delicious! If your looking for a great breakfast in Bartlett, I highly recommend B & J

Until I had to wait on part of my entree and [2] bites in, I didn’t realize I ordered shells INCLUDED with my scrambled LIGHT [like I wanted] and not HARD [what I got]! The service was HORRIBLE! I guess you really don’t have to have any customer service when the gratuity is included👀😒! I gave everything one star because a lower option was not available! FIRST & LAST visit ✌🏾
