Richard K★A cold Krispy Kreme donut is the worst donut in the world, and this place only serves cold donuts. I was very disappointed to pay over $15 for a dozen cold donuts, and found out that this location doesn’t make anything fresh. The donuts are delivered from the Elvis Presley location. The workers don’t seem to care. One of the workers stood in the parking lot for fifteen minutes talking to her friend. She wasn’t on a break. This place needs to be closed!
Lloyd Allen★Went in at 8:45. No one behind the counter but an employee was sitting at a table in his phone. After two minutes, waiting at the counter, I turned to the employee that was sitting down and act with somebody in the back he got up, walked to the back open the manager’s door and told me they were unable to sell anything they were closed. I told him to just give me a doughnut since he can’t sell me one. He laughed and said he couldn’t do that. This Krispy Kreme, it’s employees and the apathetic youth SUCK
Victoria Bruce★Decided to get a seasonal doughnut on National Doughnut day. I made an online order around 5:45 pm and when I arrive at 6 pm the parking lot was empty, and the store appeared to be closed even though it said it was open and wouldn't close until 9pm. I was disappointed to say the least and my card was charged but I didn't get any doughnuts.
WhiteZilla777★★Krispy Kreme — I’ve got to be honest, I have a bit of a bone to pick with this location. When this place first opened years ago, the service was fantastic and the Original Glazed iced coffee was absolutely amazing. Unfortunately, over time the consistency has noticeably gone downhill. The Hot Donuts sign doesn’t seem to be on nearly as often as it used to be, and the Original Glazed iced coffee tastes much more bitter than it once did. That drink should taste like a glazed donut — sweet, smooth, and balanced — but lately the bitter notes in the coffee overpower the flavor. I find myself having
